This is an online classroom, SafeCab accredited course.

Customer service in the taxi and private hire industry is closely linked to licensing regulation and the law.

This unique course delivers training in how to provide good customer service in a regulated industry.

Providing excellent customer service in the taxi and private hire industry is not always easy but it can be made easier when drivers fully understand all of the components that come together to influence licensing law and regulation.

Understanding how and why licensing decisions are made, how cusomer service impacts upon safety and well-being, and knowing, in general, how licensing ‘works’ can all play a large part in reducing risk and stress.

When operating alone, drivers must be able to apply the principals of being ‘fit and proper’ to a wide range of situations, often being called upon to make decisions quickly and under significant pressure. Our course will help to prepare all drivers, new and existing, for this complex challenge.

This course is a 2 hour online webinar. There are currently no scheduled dates for this course.
