This is the Watford Advanced Professional Driver update training.

The course builds on existing knowledge and provides a refresher in:

Disability, equality and dementia awareness;

Safeguarding children and Adults at Risk, and;

Driver Safety.

The course will help you to provide excellent customer service in all situations, to keep yourself, your passengers and your community safe at all times.

Designed by experts in the trade, equality and safeguarding law, this course is designed specifically for taxi and private hire drivers.

This course can be completed in between 2 and 3 hrs but you can also log in and out as many times as you like and save progress as you go. This means you can complete the course in your time. You have 7 days from accessing the course before the account locks. This time limit can be extended upon request.

Following completion of this course you will be able to download an electronic certificate and course summary material.
